The Finance Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer. Membership in the Committee will be on a volunteer basis from OFMA membership. This Committee will:

• Create and recommend to the Fiscal Year’s budget to the OFMA Board of Directors
• Fundraise
• Seek Corporate Partner
